Expert advice begins with a solid background

The three owners of Wheat Tech all have several years experience consulting growers in intensive wheat management practices and have been working together over ten years.

Chris Bowley, originally from England, has been working in the US developing intensive wheat management practices since 1986. Chris’ expertise has lead to the refinement of cropping systems for growers in several states outside the wheat belt. Chris has maintained his CCA status since September 1995 and is based out of Owensboro, KY.

Bill Brinkley has been consulting wheat growers in intensive management practices in south central Kentucky since 1989. His group of growers includes seed producers for several local and nationally known seed companies. Bill has maintained his CCA status since December 1994 and is based out of Russellville, KY. Bill graduated from Western Kentucky University in 1986 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture.

David West has been implementing intensive wheat management practices since 1987. His customer base has growers actively utilizing various cropping systems including continuous no-till, manure applications, precision farming and straw production. David has maintained his CCA status since July 1995 and is based out of Russellville, KY.
